Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

For more than 2 days to the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.

For less than 2 days to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a rule, you are welcome to give your ticket to another side.

If experience managers choose to cancel

Of course, our experience managers do everything possible so that you can get out and experience. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in case of illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the responsible person by phone/SMS and then by email.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to too few enrollees, scheduling errors or the like, the cancellation must be made no later than 3 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, alternative booking dates must be available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to a refund of the amount of your experience
